We created this rope lead to meet specific requests from trainers working with hunting dogs in the field. Our stainless steel carabiner clip is placed 18" from the lobster claw collar clip so that the leash can be wrapped just in front of the hind legs of the dog. This ensures that you have complete control and your dog will not pull much against the lead. The leash is 6 feet long and the end is knotted for easy handling. The colors are bright so that you can easily spot them in grass and brush.
